Shanxi Shangyuquan Intelligent Lighting and Personnel Positioning Project

Based on LoRa+UWB dual-mode fusion technology, we create an integrated intelligent management and control system for lighting and positioning of coal washing plants, enabling safety and energy-saving upgrades in industrial and mining plants.

The intelligent transformation project of Shangyuquan Coal Washing Plant has deployed more than 600 sets of integrated explosion-proof lighting fixtures. The overall area of the plant is vast, with dense sorting equipment inside the workshop and a large number of steel structure walls and brackets causing severe wireless signal obstruction and attenuation. Conventional single positioning and lighting solutions are difficult to achieve stable full coverage.

The project adopts a LoRa+UWB dual-mode fusion integrated light station deployment architecture, with integrated lighting control and UWB positioning base station. Through LoRa wireless link and explosion-proof intelligent control panel interaction, UWB and personnel identification card communication achieve sub meter level precise positioning. The system is equipped with a layered intelligent lighting strategy, integrating human light on sensing, timed dimming, and remote zoning control functions to automatically collect, summarize, and analyze the electricity consumption data of lighting fixtures in the entire factory area; Equipped with a realistic 3D visualization platform, it presents real-time equipment conditions, personnel distribution, and cross-border alarms, while also having electronic fences, personnel trajectory playback, and SOS emergency alarm security capabilities. The entire system achieves energy conservation and efficiency improvement, safety control, cost reduction and quality improvement from multiple dimensions including lighting energy consumption, construction and renovation costs, safety supervision of factory personnel, and equipment operation and maintenance efficiency
