LoRa Single-Lamp Controller application background

LoRa Single-Lamp Controller · Long Range · Full-Site Intelligence

Precise lamp-level control with shared lighting and positioning networks for lower industrial retrofit costs

Product Overview

This single-lamp intelligent lighting controller is designed for large outdoor and public environments with long distances and difficult cabling, including industrial and mining sites, ports and yards, traffic tunnels, municipal roads and outdoor attractions.

Integrated LoRa long-range wireless communication provides a stable connection to the intelligent lighting management platform. The controller supports remote switching, stepless dimming and color-temperature adjustment, real-time equipment monitoring, and precise energy metering.

As a core execution terminal in an end-to-end intelligent lighting system, it helps improve maintenance efficiency, reduce energy use and enable smarter control for both retrofit and new-build projects.

Core Functions / Device Status

  • Remote control:Supports individual and group control, 0–100% stepless dimming, and color-temperature adjustment.
  • Full-parameter metering:Collects and uploads voltage, current, power, cumulative energy use, equipment temperature and other data in real time.
  • Intelligent control strategies:Supports schedules, longitude/latitude controls and holiday rules, with Bluetooth, UWB and radar sensing for presence-based lighting.
  • Fault diagnosis and alarms:Detects lamp disconnection and abnormal voltage, current or temperature, and reports exceptions in real time.
  • Safety protection:Uses zero-crossing switching to extend relay life and integrates surge, wide-voltage and overcurrent protection.
  • Remote maintenance:All parameters can be configured remotely, with support for remote OTA firmware upgrades.

Core Values

Deep energy savings that reduce electricity costs

Scheduling, longitude/latitude controls and illuminance-sensor linkage provide precise, demand-based lighting and eliminate wasted energy. Across industrial, municipal, tunnel and scenic-area applications, the design indicates comprehensive electricity savings of 40%–70%, reducing long-term operating costs and supporting greener operations.

Smarter maintenance with lower operating costs

Continuous collection of electrical and operating data enables automatic fault assessment, proactive warnings and alarm reporting. Remote intelligent maintenance reduces site inspections and labor, shortens fault response time and improves lighting-system operations.

Industrial-grade reliability for continuous operation

An industrial-grade hardware architecture and high-quality components provide lightning, surge and interference resistance plus wide-temperature operation. The controller is designed for continuous 24/7 use in demanding outdoor and industrial environments.

Flexible customization for diverse environments

Hardware structure, functional logic, control strategies and software can be customized for the specific conditions of industrial and mining sites, ports and yards, traffic tunnels, municipal roads and outdoor attractions.
