Limited Control
Without a unified smart platform, operators cannot manage luminaires remotely in batches or analyze energy use, leaving lighting management fragmented.
Industrial-grade wireless smart lighting monitors luminaire status and reports faults automatically, replacing manual inspection with digital site-wide control.
Without a unified smart platform, operators cannot manage luminaires remotely in batches or analyze energy use, leaving lighting management fragmented.
No real-time lamp monitoring means faults are found through manual inspection and reactive repair, increasing cost and delaying troubleshooting.
Luminaires run at full power around the clock without adaptive dimming, wasting electricity and raising site operating costs.
A single protocol cannot fit complex industrial conditions, while separately deployed systems multiply construction and maintenance costs.
Traditional upgrades replace entire luminaires, lengthening construction, disrupting production and raising the barrier to modernization.
Amalax's integrated smart lighting solution combines proprietary universal IoT gateways, single-lamp controllers and a cloud lighting platform into a complete device–network–cloud control system.
It supports LoRa, Cat1, WiFi, RS485 and HPLC in parallel, matching the right communication method to municipal roads, industrial parks, mines and other environments. Remote switching, adaptive dimming, energy monitoring and automatic fault alerts reduce energy use and on-site maintenance effort while enabling digital, efficient and increasingly autonomous lighting operations.

LoRa, Cat1, WiFi, RS485 and HPLC support fits both new deployments and legacy retrofits across varied site conditions.

Schedules, groups, geolocation and people or vehicle sensing dim idle areas and restore light on demand to eliminate wasted energy.

Remote control across lamps, groups and sites combines fast fault alerts with traceable asset and maintenance records.

Dust-, water-, corrosion- and temperature-resistant hardware remains stable in mines, chemical plants, roads and other demanding environments.

Open APIs integrate with wider management platforms, remove data silos and enable coordinated cross-system control.

Upgrade controllers while retaining existing luminaires, shortening installation and minimizing disruption to production.
Based on LoRa+UWB dual-mode fusion technology, we create an integrated intelligent management and control system for lighting and positioning of coal washing plants, enabling safety and energy-saving upgrades in industrial and mining plants.
View DetailsThe Yuanbaoshan plant uses long, narrow belt corridors where conventional 2D positioning cannot distinguish "which section". The project adopts a UWB 1D ranging scheme, placing stations at intervals along the belt to pinpoint a person's section. Lighting control and positioning share one network — a single system carries both services. A sci-fi-style 3D visualization screen was delivered alongside, mapping the digital twin, personnel positions, lamp status and energy data in real time, with UI and interaction fully customized to the client's needs.
